Our journey began with a deep connection to Alaska’s seafood processing industry and the hardworking fishing families that sustain it. With years of experience in Alaska, we saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between these incredible fisheries and customers in the Lower 48. By establishing our Wisconsin-based operation, we’ve been able to provide chefs, restaurants, grocery stores, and direct-to-consumer seafood lovers with unparalleled freshness—without the long wait or high costs of shipping from the coasts.
