Honey Brown Sugar Glazed Copper River Sockeye Salmon is a delicious dish that contains both sweet and spicy flavors. Glazed with a delicious mixture of brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic, these juicy Copper River sockeye salmon fillets are a simple yet elegant dish. With its fork-tender texture, this dish is a delightful mix of tastes that makes it the star of a memorable and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
4 6-oz portions Copper River Sockeye Salmon
2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
3 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
1 Pat Copper River sockeye salmon dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides, preheat oven to 400° F.
2 Heat sauté pan on medium-high heat, add 4 pats clarified butter and heat to simmering.
3 Place Copper River sockeye salmon flesh-side down in the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes.
4 Mix glaze ingredients.
5 Transfer Copper River sockeye salmon to the foil-lined sheet pan, skin-side down.
6 Apply glaze to Copper River sockeye salmon, and cook for 4-6 minutes, or until flesh separates easily with a fork.
7 Pair with preferred side (rice, veggies, etc.) and enjoy!
