Alaska Fresh is a family business based in Menomonee Falls founded by a couple who worked and lived in remote Alaska for many salmon seasons. They sell at 8 farmers markets in the MKE area (including Waukesha ever Saturday) and online. The business was founded with a singular goal: to provide the world's best wild fish to the continental United States at an affordable price while supporting the long-established, artisanal traditions of a remote Alaskan fishing village and its fishermen.
